Volkswagen Golf Mark 4 (1997-2006)
Bigger and wider than its predecessor, the new car has a fruity muscular stance on the road. The latest GTi is a technical tour-deforce,too.Its 1.8 litter four cylinder engine deploys a twenty valve cylinder head and produces 134bhp at 5600rpm.And special tuning on the intake manifold delivers sparkling performance at low revs.O the safety front, the Volkswagen tradition continuous; the GTi boasts standard driver and passenger air bags,as well as anti-lock breaks. One thing hasn't changed in 37 years though. The Golf GTi remains a fruity grate car to drive.
